Emmerdale viewers divided as Kim Tate tears up DNA test results

Viewers love her softer side... but is there a twist?

Viewers of Emmerdale have been left divided as Kim Tate tore up her granddaughter Millie’s DNA test results.

Fans have known for a while that Jamie and Andrea’s daughter Millie may not be Jamie’s biological daughter.

Nine months before Millie’s birth, Andrea also slept with Kim’s employee Graham Foster, meaning he could be Millie’s dad.

When Kim found out the news, she sent off for a DNA test to find out who Millie’s father is and in last night’s episode (December 3 2019) she received the results.

I don’t trust Kim.

As she went to talk to Andrea, her pregnant daughter-in-law revealed that she was bleeding and worried she was losing her baby.

Kim immediately went into protective mode and took her son’s wife to the hospital, where it was revealed she had had a miscarriage.

Jamie eventually came to the hospital and seeing the couple’s heartbreak appeared to change Kim’s mind about finding out Millie’s paternity.

As Jamie left, Kim went to see Andrea and the businesswoman told her she felt bad for putting stress on her and blamed herself for Andrea’s miscarriage.

Kim then told Andrea that they weren’t ever going to open the DNA results as she didn’t want Jamie to lose Millie too.

She then tore up the results and went into the bathroom to put the letter in the bin.

But did she really dispose of the results?

Viewers are divided, as some think Kim is being genuine and love seeing her soft side.

But others think she’s just pretending and kept the results with a plan to get revenge on Andrea.

Is Kim really being genuine? Or does she have a plan up her sleeve?
