Fiona Wade, who plays Priya Kotecha in Emmerdale, has shared throwback pictures to her hen do ahead of her wedding to former co-star Simon Cotton.
And in fact, another post on Simon’s Instagram account suggests the nuptials may already have gone ahead…
Sharing the shots of her girly weekend, Fiona wrote: “#tb to the best hen/bachelorette party organised by my beautiful girls back home.”

She continued: “Thank you so much for such an amazing weekend. I’m so blessed for all the incredible women in my life. I love you.”
Co-star Emma Atkins (Charity Dingle) commented: “Gorgeous.”
While Michelle Hardwick (Vanessa Woodfield) alluded to the big day itself saying: “Can’t wait.”
Other fans were bowled over by the pics with one saying: “You’re so stunningly beautiful, Fiona.”
Another added: “He’s one lucky guy.”
The guy in question is Simon Cotton, who briefly appeared in Emmerdale alongside Fiona in August 2017 when he played Home Farm Estate client Hugh Bryant.
And Simon’s most recent Instagram post appears to hint the wedding may have taken place this weekend.
Captioning a shot of the two of them kissing posted on Saturday October 19, Simon wrote: “One week today…”
And Fiona shared the same image, writing: “6 weeks away from my [heart emoji] and I cannot wait for you to be home now #countdown #wedding #love.”
So with the countdown to the wedding clearly on, could they already have said ‘I do’?
ED! has contacted Fiona’s rep for comment.
Fiona and Simon got engaged at New Year and revealed their plans to marry in October.
In an interview with OK! magazine, she said: “We’ve just started looking at venues.
“We need to move quickly as we’re hoping to get married in October. I don’t see the point in waiting around, and in my faith people get married quite quickly.”

The actress also told how she was in “floods of tears” when Simon proposed to her at her family home in Hertfordshire.
“The proposal was perfect. It’s the home I grew up in and I still live there with my mum when I’m not filming. It’s the most special place in the world to me.”
