Lisa Riley has shared a photo from behind the scenes of her first full day back on the set of Emmerdale. And, yes, there’s leopard print involved!
The actress, 43, rejoined the ITV soap for a short stint earlier this year, but recently confirmed she’d be back for a more permanent storyline in September.

In July, Lisa revealed she was back filming on the Yorkshire Dales-based soap, but it was only yesterday (August 28) that she completed a full day of filming.
In a message posted to her 113,000 Instagram followers, she shared a photograph of herself with one of the soap’s make-up artists – giving fans a glimpse of her character’s wardrobe.
She wrote: “Thank you so much Erika Wareing @emmerdalemakeup for my FIRST full ‘Dingle Day’ completed. Making me smile with our silliness #goodday #actorslife.”

Her Insta-family were quick to send their support, with one replying: “Can’t wait to see you back!”
Another told Lisa she looked “gorgeous”.
Earlier this month, Lisa shared another update with her fans, saying: “Well I have just completed my third week back playing Mandy Dingle on Emmerdale and I could not be happier if I tried.
“All the cast and crew, some old that I’ve known for years who know what they mean to me… And also all the gorgeous new faces… They’ve been so welcoming, genuine, kind, and basically it’s a really happy place to work.
“Everyone is so proud to be working on this lovely show.”

Lisa originally appeared as Mandy between 2000 and 2005, but returned briefly in January with her son Vinny who looked remarkably similar to her ex-husband Paddy Kirk.
Paddy suspected Vinny was his son, because they share so many character traits, but Mandy denied it.
Paddy soon tracked Bear down and found out that Bear was his biological dad.
Mandy and Vinny left after a short time in the village and, as they left, Vinny asked his mother why she didn’t tell them the REAL reason for them being there but Mandy said it wasn’t the right time.
Emmerdale fans are convinced her return will split up Chas and Paddy.
Bradley Johnson, who plays Mandy’s son Vinny, will also be reprising his role.
Lisa says she is most excited to reunite with her co-stars, and has assured viewers they will not be “let down” by Mandy’s return.
