Former Emmerdale star Mike Parr will be joining the cast of Sky One’s Bulletproof.
The show follows best friends Aaron Bishop, played by Noel Clarke, and Ronnie Pike Jr, played by Ashley Walters who are National Crime Agency Detectives who investigate some of the country’s most dangerous criminals.
Mike posted a picture to his Instagram page of a trailer with the name “Ben” on it.

Under the picture he wrote “Good to be back on set!!!”
Around the same time talent agency Revolution Talent shared a picture of Mike, announcing that he had joined the cast of Bulletproof.

They tweeted “Our wonderful @MikeParrActor joins the cast of #Bulletproof for their second series, released on @SkyUK later this year! @vertigofilmuk #Bulletproof2 #SKY #TVSeries #Season2 #SKYUK #MichaelParr #VertigoFilmUK #TV”.
Jason Maza, who plays Chris Munroe on Bulletproof, tweeted a picture of Mike’s character, Ben’s criminal record.

Mike, who played Ross Barton on Emmerdale for five years, departed the soap last year in order to pursue other projects.
His character Ross left the soap with his girlfriend Rebecca to go live in Liverpool with her son Seb.

In 2017, before his departure, Mike appeared in All Star Musicals performing Master of the House from Les Miserables.
However, Lucy Fallon won the series with her performance of Don’t Cry For Me Argentina from Evita.
