Dominic Power is joining the cast of Hollyoaks as happy-go-lucky courier, Dave.
Dominic’s new character Dave moves to the village at a seemingly transitional time for a number of Hollyoaks residents.
However we soon realise there’s more than meets the eye with Dave whose world comes crashing down when a shocking discovery opens old and new wounds.
Dominic Power joins Hollyoaks
His arrival in the village appears to be a real baptism of fire as he butts heads with Theresa McQueen over the sale of a dolls house and later the McQueen residents. Expect fireworks!
Speaking about joining the soap, Dominic said: “It’s an honour to be part of such an iconic British soap. Can’t wait for the Hollyoaks fans to meet Dave!”

Dominic will make his Hollyoaks debut on Wednesday December 1 on E4 and again on Thursday, December 2 on Channel 4.
What else has Dominic Power been in?
Hollyoaks isn’t the first soap Dominic as been in.
He has appeared in Doctors playing three different characters. In 2017 he made multiple appearances as DI Tom Stanton.
Dominic also appeared in EastEnders in 2000.
Between 2011 and 2013 he played Cameron Murray in Emmerdale.

He was in a relationship with Debbie Dingle, but began having an affair with her aunt, Chas Dingle.
He murdered Alex Moss, Gennie Walker and Carl King.
Cameron held a siege in the Woolpack pub but died after grabbing a lightbulb and being electrocuted.
Dominic also played Simon Watson in Grange Hill and Les Slater in Unforgotten.

Hollyoaks airs every weeknight at 7pm on E4 and 6.30pm on Channel 4.
Dominic’s first Hollyoaks appearance will be on Wednesday December 1 on E4 and again on Thursday, December 2 on Channel 4.
