Hollyoaks favourite Jennifer Metcalfe has unveiled a new look – and fans have given it a big thumbs up.
The soap actress, who plays Mercedes McQueen in the C4 soap, shared her transformation with her 508,000 Instagram followers on Tuesday (2 October).

She told her fans: “Gotta new look thank u my beauty @jayne_littler love it.”
In the photo, Jen is showing off a fierce feathered fringe.
Fans seemed to love Jen’s new ‘do, with one simply saying: “Hair goals!”
Another added: “Wish I could rock this hair.”

Others called her “amazing”, “gorgeous”, “beautiful” and “lush”.
While Jen’s hair was the reason for the post, many fans couldn’t help focusing on the actress’ body.
Wearing leggings and a crop bra over her slim build, it’s perhaps understandable that some noticed her figure too.
Many used the word “fit” and “tiny”, while others said she was “too thin” remarking that they missed her curves.
Jen returned to C4’s most popular soap last month in an explosive storyline filmed in Magaluf.
She returned from maternity leave, after welcoming baby boy Daye with former Geordie Shore star Greg Lake in June last year.
Jen calls Daye her “miracle baby” after she endured a difficult birth. He was born with the umbilical cord tied in a tight knot around his neck.
She recently told Good Morning Britain: “People sugar coat it [but] maternity leave was so difficult, my little boy never kept still for six months. He screamed his life away, and so for me to be out there (on set in Magaluf for her return) with all my friends again…”
