Sharing a video on Instagram, mum-of-one Stephanie told her 953,000 followers she’d been “excited” to have the transplant after “thinking about doing it for many years”.
The actress underwent the procedure on Tuesday (November 26) to lower her hairline after years of struggling with her “high forehead” and thinning hair due to stress.

The actress also admitted she’s hoping the surgery will increase her confidence after having been bullied at school because of her high hairline.
“Hair transplant surgery isn’t just for men, women can also have it and it can make a huge difference if done by a good surgeon,” Stephanie said in a promotional video for the British Hair Clinic.
She added: “I’ve chosen to stay in the UK and have my surgery at the British Hair Clinic after speaking to friends in the media spotlight who had all been treated here.”
She went on to thank the clinic, writing: “Thank you so much to Dr Zabeeh from @britishhairclinic for making me feel so at ease before, during and after my surgery.
“I’m delighted and cannot wait to see the finished results! Thank you once again!”
The results can take up to 12 months to appear, and Stephanie said she “couldn’t wait”.
Stephanie is currently enjoying a short break from Hollyoaks, as Sinead enjoys a prolonged stay in Spain after skipping out on her wedding to Sami Maalik.
The actress recently revealed she has high-functioning autism, which she believes was behind her alcoholism.
