Actress Kym Marsh has revealed the results of her gruelling new exercise programme.
The Coronation Street star showcased her toned arm muscles in a new pic posted to Instagram.
The 43-year-old was captured mid-workout as she lifted a pair of dumbbells alongside her boyfriend Scott Ratcliff.
Kym revealed that, as well as lifting weights, she had completed a 19k cycle during their exercise session!
Kym is training for the Para’s 10-mile charity race with Scott, who is an Army Major in the Parachute Regiment, and she said she is already pleased with her progress.
She explained: “Another day of training for @the_paras10 upper body weights session and a 19.2k cycle! Happy with my progress so far!”

They have been dedicating as much spare time as possible to prepare for the big task ahead, which takes place next month.

Kym is already a keen gym-goer but she’s upped her training to prepare for the intense charity challenge, which sees teams take on a 10-mile endurance course.
The star is putting her all into her new goal. Earlier this week, Kym revealed she and Scott went on a 10k run.
She told fans: “Continuing training for @the_paras10 with 6 miles (10k) yesterday! Not bad going I reckon!! Don’t forget if you would be kind enough to sponsor us to #supportourparas here is the link. Also in my bio https://www.justgiving.com/Anja-McAnespie.”

Busy mum Kym and Scott began dating in June 2018, with Kym going public with their romance in July that year.
