The nation is thrilled that Ryan Thomas has been crowned winner of Celebrity Big Brother 2018, and it seems his former Neighbours co-stars are also feeling the love for the actor.
Ryan joined the soap in October last year as the mysterious Raphael Humphreys, a British backpacker who had a vendetta against Paul Robinson after believing he might have been behind his mother’s heartbreaking death.
Ryan clearly made a huge impression on his Aussie co-stars, as they were thrilled to see Ryan crowned the winner in last night’s Celebrity Big Brother final, and they took to Twitter to share their joy…

Mavournee Hazel, who plays Ramsay Street’s Piper Willis told her followers that Ryan is a ‘darling in every sense of the word, and a deserving winner.’
While Collette Mann, who plays Sheila Canning retweeted Mavournee’s tweet.
Former neighbours actress Olympia Valance, who played Paige Smith, was also full of praise for her friend.
She told everyone that she was ‘so proud of my beautiful friend @ryanjamesthomas! You deserve it all! Love you, love you, love you!’
And even Scott Major, better known as Erinsborough’s Mark Brennan replied to Olympia’s tweet with: “Did he win?! Nice work mate!’
Takaya Honda who played Ryan’s on-screen boyfriend David Tanaka also retweeted the official Big Brother UK announcement that Ryan had won, clearly proud of his friend.
It might have been months since Ryan saw his friends from Australia, but they have all been behind him during what can only be described as a turbulent time on this series of Celebrity Big Brother after Roxanne Pallett’s ‘punch’ allegations.

During his time on Neighbours Ryan told Digital Spy: “Every day people came over and said hello. I was so lucky with how well I was treated there at Neighbours.”
