Alina first appeared in Coronation Street in April 2019 and was at the centre of a human trafficking story.
In tonight’s double bill of the soap (Wednesday, February 10) Alina told Tyrone she had been rejected from a job that she interviewed for.
Tyrone soon suggested that she should go back to doing nails and beauty treatments. However Alina became upset.

When Tyrone mentioned what he said to Fiz, she reminded him that when Alina worked at a salon, she was a victim of human trafficking and was forced to work and live in terrible conditions.
Later, Tyrone apologised to Alina. But when she told him she did enjoy working in beauty, he offered to help her start her own business.
What happened to Alina in Coronation Street?
Alina first appeared in Coronation Street in April 2019 when Seb went to do some work at a local salon.
Nail tech Alina soon caught his eye and he wanted to take her out on a proper date.
But Seb soon realised something wasn’t right when Alina was scared of doing something to upset her boss Rachel, who she also said was her landlord.
Eventually Seb found out that Alina was a victim of human trafficking and was living in a tiny room in the back of the salon.
It turned out that Eileen’s lodger and boyfriend Jan Lozinski was also involved, however Jan was revealed to be a undercover police informant.
After the trafficking was exposed, Alina was taken in by the Salvation Army who helped her.
Returning to the cobbles
Alina went back to Romania to be with her family. However a few months later she returned to the cobbles to see Seb.
When she came back to Weatherfield, Seb had a new girlfriend, Emma Brooker.

Seb and Emma invited Alina to come and live with them and she soon got a job at Underworld Factory.
Seb and Emma ended up splitting up, however Emma and Alina quickly became good friends.
Coronation Street airs on Mondays and Wednesdays 7.30pm and 8.30pm with an hour long episode at 7.30 on Fridays on ITV.
