In last night’s episodes of Coronation Street (October 16 2019) viewers saw the return of Marion Logan however she’s played by a different actress.
When Marion originally appeared on the cobbles from 2015 to 2016, she was played by actress Susan Cookson, who now appears in Emmerdale.

But when she returned last night, she was played by actress Kerry Peers.
So where have you seen Kerry before?
Kerry is well known for her role as DC Suzi Croft in The Bill from 1990 till 1998.
She also played Helen Carey in Brookside back in 2002 for a few episodes.
She has made appearances in Doctors between 2001 and 2013 as different characters.
Drama fans may recognise her from appearances in Casualty, Holby City and Waterloo Road.
Marion returned to the cobbles last night after she found out Shona and her grandson Max had a big argument.

When she confronted Shona, she realised Shona had been drinking and threatened to call social services on her.
As Shona is now faced with a battle for the kids, it doesn’t look like it’s the last we’ve seen of Marion…
Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV.
