Corey Brent first appeared in Coronation Street in 2019, but who plays him and what else has the actor been in?
Earlier this year, Corey, Kelly Neelan, Eli and some of their other friends attacked Nina Lucas and her boyfriend Seb Franklin.
Seb later died from his injuries. While Corey claims Kelly was the one who kicked Seb and killed him, Kelly says it was Corey.
Recently Nina went to the scene of the attack and remembered seeing Corey attack Seb and Kelly begging him to stop.
In tonight’s scenes, Corey takes to the stand and lies, claiming Kelly viciously attacked Seb.

He paints himself as the victim, telling the court Kelly’s dad is a gangster and she threatened to have him killed if he reported her to the police.
Will the jury believe him?

While it hasn’t been revealed what the outcome of the trial will be, spoilers for next week have revealed the verdict comes in.

When did Corey Brent in Coronation Street first appear?
Corey Brent first appeared in May 2019 as a love interest for Asha Alahan.
He is the son of Stefan Brent.
Corey and Asha began dating in 2019, however when a video of her stripping was sent around, she immediately thought it was Corey.
She soon discovered it was Kelly who found and sent the video. But Asha eventually forgave Corey and they became a couple.
The teenagers split up after she became fed up of him controlling her and telling her what to wear.
Asha soon began dating Nina Lucas, however they split when Nina felt they were moving too fast.

Asha quickly got back together with Corey and they moved into their own flat in Victoria Court.
However after Asha learnt about Corey’s involvement in the attack she moved back home with her dad Dev and broke up with him.
Who plays Corey and what else has the actor been in?
Corey is played by 20-year-old actor Maximus Evans.
In 2017, Maximus played Fitzy in the TV series Creeped Out.
In 2019, he played Wilko in the first series of the ITV drama The Bay.
Coronation Street airs on Mondays and Wednesdays 7.30pm and 8.30pm with an hour long episode at 7.30 on Fridays on ITV.
