EastEnders says goodbye to one character and hello to another next week.
Emma Fielding will be arriving in Walford as Judith Murray, after the sad death of her mother Joyce.
And some of you might recognise actress Emma from her previous roles in ITV’s Dark Angel, Foyle’s War and Midsomer Murders…
In fact, the 51-year-old actress has a long-list of appearances to her name. After all, she’s been acting since 1992!
While it’s always great to see a fresh face in Albert Square, she arrives in sad circumstances after the shock death of her mum Joyce.
According to The Sun, Joyce will die in her sleep next week, leaving husband Ted (Christopher Timothy) heartbroken.

A BBC source said: “Joyce’s time on the Square has been a brief one and, after her death, Ted will come out of his shell a bit and viewers will see more of him.
“His and Joyce’s daughter Judith will come into play and will be involved in new storylines with the Taylor family.”
