Alison Hammond ‘earnings’ in panto

A new report from The Sun claims that Alison is making a whopping sum during her time on stage – even surpassing star-studded names like Vernon Kay and Scott Mills.

Vernon Kay reportedly makes around £190,000 whilst starring as Aladdin at Wycombe’s Swan Theatre. Meanwhile, Scott Mills apparently earns the same whilst playing Mayor Mills in Jack and the Beanstalk in Swansea.

A source told the publication: “Panto may be all fun and games for audiences but behind the scenes it’s dog eat dog.”

They went on to say: “Agents are notoriously particular about where their client’s name is on the poster and how big the font is as it reflects the earnings. Industry wide it’s known if you’re in the top left you are the highest paid star.”

Alison reportedly makes a jaw-dropping £195,000 in her role as Magical Mermaid.

ED! has contacted Alison’s representatives for comment.

Alison Hammond talks boyfriend David Putman

Elsewhere, away from her career, the This Morning star has reflected on her relationship with 27-year-old masseur David Putman and insisted that their age gap isn’t a topic within their relationship.

During an interview with Good Housekeeping, Alison described boyfriend David as “so mature and sensible,” and admitted: “I’m so not.”

She added: “And the things he says to me… they’re just so lovely. It’s like a jigsaw; we fit and it all comes together.”

“Yes, I’m 22 years older than he is, but if you saw us together, you’d understand. People have said to me: ‘We get it now,'” she continued.

When the pair read the popular term “toyboy” to describe their romance, Alison insisted it “bears no relation to what we have at all”.
