The jury’s still out on who will become the stand-out star from this year’s Celebrity Big Brother.
But judging by tonight’s show, Amanda Barrie could be a good bet!
While the eight women get to know each other inside the house, they’ve been revealing little bits and pieces about themselves that let us get to know the real them.
And something that comes out in conversation between Amanda and Rachel Johnson is sure to raise a few eyebrows!
The Coronation Street legend is well remembered for having lived a fairly colourful life so far.
And at the ripe old age of 82, there can’t be much she hasn’t experienced.
During a bedroom chat with Rachel to be broadcast this evening, she talks about some of her life experiences.
Rachel asks whether she’s led a full life, with Amanda replying: “I am worn out and it shows, everywhere! I don’t know how we got away with it then…
“I was so hounded during Coronation Street, every Friday you were called to the press office and they’d say: ‘I’m very sorry Amanda, it’s going in on Sunday, or it’s going in then…'”

She continued: “If they get a sniff that you happened to have been having a same-sex relationship… I’d had various sex relationships in different sorts! I even did a threesome at one time, in my youth.”
A disbelieving Rachel asks: “You had a threesome with a man and a woman?”
And Amanda matter-of-factly replies: “Yes, years and years and years ago. A very important one, actually!
“If you’re living in a sort of lie of something, you can’t be honest with anyone. You edit yourself, when you’re talking.
“At the time I was living with a female. I just hate the label system at the moment. I hate labels.”
Amanda has already sparked controversy during a chat with Ann Widdecombe about the Harvey Weinstein scandal, where she branded women that slept with producers for acting roles “stupid”.
