It’s been announced by Britain’s Got Talent that dance duo Libby and Charlie are this year’s wildcard act.
The dancers ended up in the top three during last night’s semi-final, however, were beaten by Jonathan Goodwin and magic act X.
It’s now been revealed that Libby and Charlie will be joining the rest of the acts on stage tomorrow night in the hope of winning the ITV show and a spot on the Royal Variety Performance.

The show’s official Twitter page announced on Saturday: “WILDCARD UNVEILED! Congratulations to Libby and Charlie who, after tense deliberations between the Judges, will join our talented ten in Sunday’s grand #BGT Final!”
It comes after Libby and Charlie replaced magic and stunt act Brotherhood in the semi-final last night after they pulled out of the show.
Brotherhood took to Instagram on Thursday to tell fans they were “gutted” that they will no longer be in the competition because their performance was “too ambitious”.
A spokesperson for BGT told Ent Daily at the time: “The Brotherhood have had to withdraw from the Britain’s Got Talent Live Semi-Finals. Libby and Charlie will now be performing on Friday night’s show.”
During their audition, Libby and Charlie won over viewers and the judges with their emotional dance performance to A Thousand Years by Christina Perri.
Their routine got them four yeses through to the next round.
During last night’s semi-final, the duo stunned judges and viewers again with their performance.
After their energetic routine, host Dec Donnelly explained that the pair had been on stand-by.
“What people won’t realise is that you were a stand-by act and because one act couldn’t be in the semi-finals you got called up to fill in. When did you find out you were in the semi-finals?” he asked.
Charlie said: “It was about Wednesday. So I was in Greece, not Grease the Musical, but the place. I was asleep on the sunbed.”
Libby added: “I was on FaceTime to Charlie like you need to get on that airplane and come home now!”
The pair will join Dave and Finn, Flakefleet Primary School, 4MG, Siobhan Phillips, Colin Thackery, Kojo Anim, Ben Hart, Mark McMullan, X and Jonathan Goodwin in the final.

The final of BGT will air on Sunday (June 2) at at 7.30pm on ITV.
