Great British Bake off Winner Candice Brown has not only found herself in the skate off, following the first episode of Dancing On Ice, but also in the midst of a kissing ‘scandal’.
The 33-year-old was dealing with the fact she received the lowest scores on the first show, until she saw Twitter afterwards.
Viewers of the new improved show – back after four years – shared their thoughts on Candice’s lingering kiss with her professional skate partner Matt Evers.

Candice, who is engaged to boyfriend Liam Macauley, took to Twitter herself following the outcry, and posted a photo with Matt AND her fiancé Luke both puckering up for a kiss.
It said; “‘Snogging’ my two favourite boys @Dennisthepug @TheMattEvers Thank you for being my left and right.”
Matt and Candice skated to At Last by Etta James, and unbelievably found themselves in the first skate-off of the series, after scoring just 13 points out of 40.
They will have to fight for a place in the competition, when they compete against whoever comes last in next week’s show with the next batch of celebrities.
Viewers were also outraged that they were only given four minutes to vote for their favourites, with many complaining that their free voting on the Dancing On Ice app wasn’t working either!

Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, who were hosting the show, asked what Candice would be doing next week to earn the right to be there.
She replied: “Just everything the judges said, the extensions, my hands and trying to relax with it – everything we work on every day.”
“I was nervous, it was the first time I’ve done anything like that. This week, I’m going to do it.”
Maybe leave the kissing for backstage next time, ay Candice!
