The stars' CBB paydays vary widely

As the latest season of Celebrity Big Brother unfolds, the financial standings of its star-studded lineup have come under the spotlight.

From seasoned entertainers to emerging talents, the net worth and appearance fees of these celebrities vary significantly.

Here’s the ultimate Celebrity Big Brother 2025 rich list, ranked from highest to lowest reported net worth, alongside their rumoured CBB appearance fees.

JoJo Siwa

Net Worth: £15.1 million

CBB Fee: £400,000

At just 21 years old, JoJo Siwa is already a global brand. Since her Dance Moms debut, JoJo has built an empire through music, reality TV, YouTube, scandal-hit Nickelodeon deals and a tsunami of branded merch, including everything from dolls to hair bows.

She reportedly made millions off her licensing deals alone and even owned a colourful LA mansion which she recently listed for over £3 million.

Her CBB fee reportedly came with big negotiations, as US stars can often make six figures just staying in America.

“US TV gigs generally pay a lot more than their UK counterparts,” a source alleged to The Sun regarding her rumoured £400,000 paycheque. “So JoJo’s team will expect a minimum amount of money on the table to even consider the offer.”

Her bright personality and Gen Z following are a major pull for ITV, and while she’s not the highest-paid contestant this year, she’s by far the richest.

Chesney Hawkes

Net Worth: £10 million

CBB Fee: £25,000

Best known for his 1991 smash-hit The One and Only, Chesney admits to having blown his fortune once but has made it back.

Through decades of performing, royalties and appearances, he’s banked a surprisingly high net worth for someone classed as a one-hit wonder.

His CBB fee may only be £25,000 – one of the lowest – but he’s not in it for the cash. It’s been perfectly timed ahead of his new album release.

Patsy Palmer

Net Worth: £9.3 million

CBB Fee: £100,000

EastEnders royalty and now a DJ in Malibu, Patsy Palmer has turned soap stardom into a lifestyle brand.

After moving to the US, she rebranded as a DJ, wellness entrepreneur, and holistic beauty advocate. Her multiple homes – including a pad with a sea-view patio in LA – prove she’s cashed in wisely.

She’s reportedly bagging £100,000 for her CBB stint, which is about the going rate for a long-running soap legend.

Trisha Goddard

Net Worth: £7 million

CBB Fee: £200,000

British talk show royalty Trisha has had a long career in TV.

Despite battling stage 4 breast cancer, she’s still working and recently joined CBB as one of this year’s most respected housemates. She’s also continuing her treatment while in the house.

“I must keep enjoying what I have always enjoyed,” she said before entering the house.

Trisha is the highest-paid British star this season, taking home a very respectable £200,000.

Jack P Shepherd

Net Worth: £6 million

CBB Fee: £100,000

With over 25 years on Coronation Street, Jack is soap royalty.

Earning an estimated £250,000 a year for his role as David Platt, he’s also dabbled in theatre and voiceovers.

Known for his car collection – including a £50k Maserati – and Manchester apartment, his CBB earnings just add to an already cushy lifestyle.

Michael Fabricant

Net Worth: £5 million+

CBB Fee: £120,000

The former Tory MP brings political controversy to the house.

Despite comparisons to more highly paid ex-MPs’ stints on reality TV – including Matt Hancock (£320k) and Nigel Farage (£1.5m) for I’m A Celebrity – Fabricant’s £120k ITV deal is still a generous payday.

Mickey Rourke

Mickey Rourke

Net Worth: £3.8 million

CBB Fee: £500,000 (highest this season)

The biggest cheque this year goes to Hollywood’s Mickey Rourke.

The 72-year-old actor gained fame in the 1980s with films such as 9½ Weeks. His boxing career and acting hiatus impacted his finances, but he made a notable comeback with The Wrestler in 2008.

“Mickey is considered a loose cannon,” a source told The Sun of the star, who’s already been given a formal warning by Big Brother. “Producers think he is worth getting their big chequebook out for. He is unpredictable, and they know lots of people will tune in to see if he cracks under the pressure.”

Daley Thompson

Net Worth: £3 million

CBB Fee: £150,000

The two-time Olympic gold medallist Daley Thompson is a living legend.

Now a motivational speaker and fitness coach, he’s reportedly earned £150k for his CBB debut. Will he live to regret signing up though, now that historical “transphobic” tweets have resurfaced?

Chris Hughes

Net Worth: £1.4 million

CBB Fee: £45,000

Love Island heartthrob turned sports presenter Chris Hughes has built a solid post-villa career.

Between horse racing gigs for ITV and brand partnerships, he’s turned Instagram fame into income.

A fan favourite and a hit with the bookies, he reportedly signed a modest £45k deal, which is far less than some of his fellow islanders in previous years.

Angellica Bell

Net Worth: £1 million

CBB Fee: £80,000

From CBBC to The Martin Lewis Money Show, Angellica has enjoyed a steady media career.

Known for her careful money habits, her £80k fee is on the lower side for someone with her tenure. However, it’s reportedly due to her squeaky-clean reputation and lack of controversy, unless you could her Martin Lewis Money Show “secret sacking“…

Ella Rae Wise

Net Worth: £500,000

CBB Fee: £20,000

The TOWIE starlet is the lowest-paid 2025 contestant, but she’s still building her brand with fashion deals and social media influence.

ITV reportedly offered her less due to TOWIE’s waning pulling power and her relatively modest online following (340k vs Chris Hughes’ 2 million). But a predicted showmance with Chris could boost her earning potential when she leaves!

Danny Beard

Net Worth: Undisclosed

CBB Fee: £30,000

The Drag Race UK season 4 winner brings charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent.

Despite their relatively short time in the public eye, drag stars are in high demand – and don’t come cheap.

Although Danny’s net worth isn’t known, they’re rumoured to have signed a £30k deal. They were a late entry to the lineup and considered a smart, budget-friendly wildcard by producers.

Donna Preston

Net Worth: Undisclosed

CBB Fee: £30,000

With credits in The Sandman, Fantastic Beasts and Coronation Street, Donna is a rising comedy and acting talent. Popular with younger audiences, she’s also a CBB Late & Live regular.

Watch CBB Sunday to Friday on ITV1 at 9pm.
