CBB housemate Lauren Harries has spoken of her heartbreak after her supposed toyboy lover insisted that the pair were never actually an item.
It had been widely speculated that the transgender star, 39, was dating Connor Yemm, 21, after they appeared together on Loose Women and posted pictures of themselves on social media.
However, budding actor Connor told the Mirror Online earlier this week that the pair were “just good friends”.
And the allegation has left Lauren devastated, with the blonde star describing Connor as “heartless” and even claiming that he’d asked her to MARRY him.
Last month, Lauren – who was born James but had sex-reassignment surgery in 2001 – introduced ‘pansexual’ Connor on Loose Women, where she gushed: “He sees me as a woman. That’s the reason we click.”
And Connor didn’t seem to deny that the pair were in a relationship, commenting: “We’ve had a lot of negative comments. We live in our own bubble [though]. We live each day as it comes.”
However, he later claimed that their alliance had been “twisted” out of proportion, telling the Mirror Online that they were just mates.
And to drum the point home, he posted a message on Twitter yesterday saying: “I can just confirm I’m, yes, 100% legit single!!!!”

All of which has left Lauren feeling rather deflated. Speaking to the Mirror Online herself, she said: “I thought he was my Prince Charming and I was his Snow White. That’s what we used to call each other, but it all just turned into [rubbish].”
She admitted that things had taken a turn for the worse while the two were on holiday together.
She said: “This boy started touching Connor up in my room. I said: ‘Leave Connor alone, please.’
“I just felt dreadful and said: ‘I’m coming with you.’ But when we left the hotel, there was this very attractive George Clooney type, who was absolutely off his face, so [Connor] went off with him.”
She added: “There was one night that he disappeared in Benidorm and I couldn’t find him anywhere then found out that he was with a boy I knew, they were alone together in my room, in our room, and I didn’t see what happened but who knows what happened.”
Despite this, Lauren claimed that her young ‘friend’ popped the question while they were together.
She said: “One night, he asked me to marry him, and that’s not the sort of thing you pretend. I accepted, but he denied it the next day and said he’d never said it. It was awful.”

Connor has insisted he never had a sexual relationship with Lauren, and she claimed: “He never wanted to, he was always putting it on the backburner.
“There was more to it than that, I loved him, I absolutely adored him. It’s not nice when people start saying stories like he’s done. It’s very upsetting.
“He said he wanted to wait and make it romantic and he said he wanted to get to know me and then we’d have sex, that was his plan and I was happy with that.”
And the star hinted that she’s still bitter over the ‘break-up’.
“This man is heartless,” she concluded. “He was nobody until he met me – he was just some man in Nottingham.
“He was my boyfriend as far as I was concerned.”
