Chris Kamara almost let slip a Strictly Come Dancing spoiler while speaking to Alex Scott on Sky’s Goals on Sunday today.
As well as the live show on Saturday, the Strictly results show is also recorded on the same night and results are revealed to the contestants.
But the eliminated couple isn’t revealed to the public until Sunday and that’s why they are often leaked.

On today’s show, the sports pundit was speaking to Alex about Strictly when he asked her: “What’s the dance next weekend?”
Former Arsenal star Alex laughed in response, “Well… it’s the results show tonight so, I don’t know yet.”

“Right,” Chris responded awkwardly.
“From here, I go there [to the studio],” she explained while Chris, realising the slip up, began laughing.
“Amazing swerve from Alex Scott here,” one viewer wrote on Twitter.
“Does she really think people don’t know the results show was recorded last night?” said a second.
While Chris managed to avoid giving too much away, fans only need to head to Twitter to find out the results of Saturday’s show after they were leaked online.

“Just seen the Strictly spoiler – what a joke. Absolutely livid,” one fan wrote.
Karim Zeroual and Amy Dowden topped last night’s leaderboard, closely followed by Michelle Visage and Giovanni Pernice, Kelvin Fletcher and Oti Mabuse, and Chris Ramsey and Karen Hauer.

Emma Barton and Anton du Beke came in at the bottom after their Rumba failed to impress the judges.
Judge Shirley Ballas told the pair: “The only timing that I could read was the basic – the alemana and the sliding doors… the rest of it I have absolutely no idea on what count you were dancing for this dance.”
