The 74-year-old actress recently admitted it’s high time the salon owner had a new bit of totty on her arm – and she thinks Hollywood legend Harvey Keitel would be the man for the job.
Speaking to The Mirror, Sue said that Audrey is very much on the market for a fling and thinks the new tattoo parlour on Victoria Street could be the place to find the man of her dreams.
She said: “I keep saying it depends if there’s a dishy tattooist, then the answer is yes! I’d like a nice big hunk.
“The only other person I’d say would be good for Audrey is someone like Harvey Keitel’s character Winston Wolfe.
“I’ve always thought he’d be the type of fella for her – tough, attractive and tells her what he wants.”
Sue – who has played Audrey since 1979 – went on to say that her man-eating character has calmed down over the years.
She joked that all it took for Audrey to get flirty was a G&T.
Corrie fans will see Gail’s mum get a new love interest in the near future – although it doesn’t look like it’s going to go too far.
Sue told The Mirror that Audrey has a bit of a flirt with a gentleman who appears when she has an accident.
