Coronation Street fans were left horrified by the tea that Eileen Grimshaw cooked up for little Summer Spellman in last night’s visit to the cobbles.
Poor Eileen’s culinary skills were massively mocked on social media as viewers took to Twitter so share their disgust at the fact she’d served up fish fingers, chips, peas AND beans.

The mixture of beans and peas on the same plate left fans fuming – wondering what Eileen was thinking.
Eileen’s well-meaning diner didn’t go down well with Summer, either.
She was struggling to finish her tea – but it wasn’t because of the bizarre mixtures of food on her plate.
She was already down in the dumps after discovering her drug addict carer Billy Mayhew on heroin, before he then banished her from the flat.
Her little heart broke as he revealed he didn’t want to be her guardian any more, leaving Eileen to step in and save the day.
Eileen has taken it upon herself to look after Summer while Billy goes through his battle with drugs – but if she wants to put a smile on the schoolgirl’s face, she might need to rethink her menu plan.
