Well, she does have Pat Phelan’s blood running through her veins, so anything is possible.

Speaking to What’s On TV the actress admitted Nicola could face some concerns about her or the baby she is carrying inheriting some kind of evil gene from her psychopath dad.
She said: “Maybe there’ll be some doubts over how that kind of personality might be genetic in some way.
“But there’s certainly a lot of scope for storylines given that the baby has Phelan’s genes.”
Could we be seeing a soap devil child to rival Bobby Beale?
She went on to say: “But the same can be said of Nicola. It wouldn’t surprise me if she started questioning herself, and thinking,’I wonder if his personality is part of my genetic code?'”
We can’t see social worker Nicola holding people hostage or executing anyone is deserted buildings, but it’s interesting to think that Phelan’s legacy could live on – even if he doesn’t.
At the moment the murderous builder is missing, presumed dead after falling into the sea on Good Friday.
But viewers know he’s actually alive and kicking – kind of – and holed up in a B&B in Ireland where he’s planning his final revenge on those who wronged him.

It’s not been confirmed when Phelan will be making another appearance in the soap, but fans have predicted his ultimate downfall will come along with the week of late night episodes Corrie traditionally has when the Britain’s Got Talent live finals are on.
Will Nicola play a part in giving her dad the comeuppance he deserves?
