Pat Phelan’s time on Coronation Street is coming to an end.
The evil builder – played by actor Connor McIntyre in the ITV soap – has racked up a long-list of crimes on the cobbles, and he’s finally now going to meet his comeuppance.
So far he’s raped Anna Windass, conned the residents out of their life savings with his flat scam, attacked and watched Michael Rodwell die of a heart attack, kidnapped and held Andy Carver captive for a year, before forcing him to kill Vinny Ashford.
He then went on to murder Andy himself by shooting him in the dingy factory, after tricking him that he was going to let him go free.
He then violently murdered Luke Britton by shooting him before burning him alive in his own car.

Phelan also framed Anna for attempted murder of Seb Franklin, by convincing the impressionable youngster that his fall off a ladder was a murder attempt.
And when he found his own daughter Nicola was hiding Seb from him in an attempt to expose her evil dad of his crimes, he turned on her and forced her to flee Weatherfield for safety.
But now his own evil deeds have finally caught up with him.
Having taken a job at the old mill where he had committed so many of his killings, Phelan was left shaken in last night’s episodes when he was told the lake was about to be drained.
Owner Simone gave him a deadline of six weeks to get the lake drained, or she would find someone else to do it.
Viewers know that the cobbles killer dumped the bodies of both Andy and Vinny in the lake after killing them.

In upcoming scenes, the ne’er do well will take drastic action when he tries to move the bodies himself.
But when his plan to rebury them in the mill’s new foundations, he will become trapped in the concrete with his victims.
However, spoiler fans know he will survive this, just, and go away with wife Eileen where she will learn the horrific truth about her killer husband and face a fight for survival.
