Sarah Platt could be the one to save David Platt from his rape trauma in Coronation Street.
Actress Tina O’Brien has revealed her character will be the one to support her troubled brother once the truth is revealed about David being drugged and sexually assaulted by Josh Tucker.
She told the Daily Star Sunday: “I think Sarah will be there to help David when the truth comes out.”
Tina added: “It’s quite a solitary storyline.
“Usually there are a few people involved, but this is about David coping on his own with what has happened to him.
