Coronation Street star Sue Cleaver has been reunited with her ex-husband, on screen.
The actress plays Eileen Grimshaw in the soap and viewers have watched her take on on-screen husband Phelan and send him flying to his death after he tried to make her his final victim.
But eagle-eyed viewers have spotted that the policeman investigating Phelan’s crimes, is actually Sue’s ex, actor James Quinn.
The former couple, who share a son together, are still great friends which will come in handy when his character arrests her on Monday.
Eileen will be questioned over two of Phelan’s murders after the bodies of Andy Carver and Vinny Ashford were found at the building site.

And it’s not the first, or even second time James has been in the show however.
The actor has appeared as multiple-named police officers from Weatherfield’s police station.
He previously appeared as the self-same DS Willets in 2013 when he was investigating the fire at the Rovers started by Karl Munro.
Back in 1995, he played DS Cartwright who questioned bookie Des Barnes over boss Sean Skinner assaulting Steve McDonald.
And in 2003 he played DI Mannery who led the murder investigation about the death of Maxine Peacock, and the attack on Emily Bishop.
Viewers know that both were carried out by Richard Hillman.

Which means James Quinn has been instrumental in bringing about the ends to two of Corrie’s most legendary villains.
So the next time he’s spotted on the cobbles might herald the next big killer for Weatherfield.
