Corrie viewers were left fearing for Jack Webster last night after he was seen fighting for his life in hospital, but it seems Jack isn’t the only one viewers are worried about.
Fans took to social media to share their outrage at the storyline that saw Eccles the dog eat a sausage, laced with slug pellets, that Tyler put under the gate at number 1.
We all know that Tyler is an unsavoury character, and his gang have been causing trouble for Simon Barlow for months by leading him astray.

And after Tyler faces trial thanks to Simon going to the police about the gang breaking into Daniel Osbourne’s house and attacking Flora McArdle, Simon has found himself thrown out of the gang.
But while Simon thinks he and Tyler have patched things up after he gave him a sausage sandwich from Roy’s Rolls last night, it’s clearly far from over in Tyler’s eyes.
Fans were shocked as the gang leader took the sausages out and put them under the gate, knowing Eccles would eat them – and everyone knows he wasn’t just feeding an innocent dog a pork snack.
Those sausages looked sinister, and fan’s aren’t happy!
But is this the end for little Eccles?
