Soap star Chelsee Healey has reportedly signed up for the 2025 series of Dancing on Ice.
The beloved ITV show won’t be back on screens until 2025 – but details about which celebs will be hitting the ice rink have been coming out in recent weeks.
And now, it’s been claimed that Chelsee Healey is set to show off her best moves on the ice. And there are “high hopes” for the soap star.
Chelsee Healey ‘signs up’ to Dancing on Ice 2025
Actress Chelsee is probably best known for her role as Goldie McQueen in the Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks. Chelsee has also starred in the likes of Waterloo Road and Casualty over the years.
What’s more, she appeared in the 2011 series of Strictly Come Dancing. Chelsee was partnered with Pasha Kovalev and the pair finished as runner-ups.
And now, reports have claimed that Chelsee has signed up to Dancing on Ice 2025 – with “high hopes” she will recreate her Strictly success.
DOI bosses have ‘high hopes’ for Chelsee Healey
A source told The Sun: “Chelsee is absolutely hilarious and of course incredibly glamorous. She made it to the final of Strictly back in 2011 so there are high hopes that she will once again wow viewers with her dance moves.”
The insider went on to note how “everyone is very excited” to have Chelsee on the show. They continuted: “Chelsee can’t wait to take to the ice.
“Strictly was so long ago and this time there’s the added danger of performing on ice. She knows it’s going to be tough but she’s really excited to get out there,” the source added.
An ITV spokesperson told ED! UK: “The line up for Dancing on Ice 2025 will be announced in due course.”
Dancing on Ice 2025
It comes after it was reported earlier this month that TOWIE star Ferne McCann had become the first celeb to sign up for Dancing on Ice 2025.
Dancing On Ice, which is expected to return to ITV in January 2025, will hosted by Holly Willoughby and Stephen Mulhern this year. Last year’s series saw Ryan Thomas and Amani Fancy take home the crown, with Miles Nazaire finishing in second place.
