Denise Van Outen has been announced as a guest judge on the forthcoming Dancing On Ice tour.
Jayne Torvill and Christoper Dean shared the exciting news on their Twitter account today.
They wrote: “Joining us, as a special guest judge for the tour, will be the wonderful Denise Van Outen.”
Denise is an accomplished West End performer, and no stranger to judging, as she previously helped pick the winner of BBC talent show Any Dream Will Do – which is also how she met her ex-husband Lee Mead, with whom she has a daughter.
The former Big Breakfast presenter also knows what it takes to participate in a TV talent show, as she appeared on Strictly in 2012.
She made it all the way to the final with partner James Jordan but they missed out on the glitterball trophy to gymnast Louis Smith and his partner Flavia Cacace.

Denise took to her own Instagram account today to share her good news, telling her followers she was: “Thrilled and so excited to announce that I will be the guest judge for the @dancingonicetour alongside Jane & Christopher (legends).”
Her fans were delighted with the news, telling her it was “awesome” and “amazing”.
Meanwhile, Olympic champions Torvill and Dean also revealed the first three celebrities who will be taking part in the tour… although we already knew one of them after Jake Quickenden let slip his participation while on Loose Women yesterday!
When asked if he was going on the tour, he said: “I’m not supposed to say, but yeah, I am.”
He will be joined by Cheryl Baker and Max Evans.
Tickets are now on sale for the tour, which will start in London on 23 March.
