Magician Ben Hanlin has been confirmed as the 10th celebrity taking part in next year’s Dancing On Ice.
Posting a video to his Instagram account, Ben said: “The cat’s out of the bag!… Or should I say SKATE!!
“MASSIVE ANNOUNCEMENT: I’m going to be taking part in the next Dancing on Ice series and I CAN’T WAIT.”

Ben also appeared live on BBC Radio London to confirm the news, joining Michael Barrymore, Maura Higgins, Kevin Kilbane, Lucrezia Millarini, H, Lisa George, Perri Kiely, Libby Clegg MBE and Joe Swash in the line up.
There are just two more announcements to come and the line up will be complete.
This year sees John Barrowman join Torvill and Dean and Ashley Banjo on the panel.
Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby once again return to present the show.
On joining the show, Ben said: “Can I ice skate? Barely. But I did say to the producers ‘if I’m going to do this, can I try to do magic on ice?’
“I will try and attempt to put magic into the show if I can. We start tomorrow! On the ice for the very first time.”

Ben’s involvement was first rumoured last week when it was revealed he had been picked as Kelvin Fletcher’s replacement.
Gemma Collins told Lorraine that Kelvin had originally been in the DOI line up, but had decided to go on Strictly Come Dancing instead when he was called in as injured Jamie Laing’s replacement.
The Sun then reported Ben had been picked as Kelvin’s ice replacement, with a source telling the publication: “Ben is absolutely thrilled because this is his biggest break in TV and marks a huge showbiz comeback for him.
“He fronted three series of ITV2’s Tricked but he hasn’t been on telly for a while now. To say he’s excited is an understatement. He can’t wait to bring some magic to the show.”
