Davina McCall returned as a guest presenter on This Morning today, but probably wished she’d stayed in bed.
The 51-year-old teamed up with Saturdays star Rochelle Humes, 30, in the absence of Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, who are taking a summer break.
However, it was anything but a bed of roses for Davina, as she was forced to apologise to viewers when a caller SWORE live on air.
The unfortunate incident came about while Davina and Rochelle were hosting a slot about past romances.
A woman called Kristina phoned into the show to ask for advice on moving on from a past partner, but as she explained her situation she uttered the S-word.
She immediately apologised for the faux-pas, but Davina told her: “It’s alright, it happens to the best of us.”
The former Big Brother presenter later addressed viewers at home, saying: “We’d just like to apologise again for that naughty slip of the tongue.”

Rochelle added: “She was very emotional.”
There was more grief for Davina and Rochelle when a debate about online shaming got rather heated.
Former Apprentice star Luisa Zissman was on the show to explain how she’d filmed a flight attendant telling parents that their child wasn’t allowed to stand on the plane’s seats.
She later posted the clip to social media, and it soon went viral.
Fellow guest Liz Brewer criticised Luisa’s action, though, telling her: “You actually have no right to criticise an aeroplane hostess for doing her job.”
Luisa hit back, telling Liz: “Your manner’s aggressive now.”

As the conversation threatened to descend into chaos, Davina was forced to calm Luisa down, saying: “Just let Liz finish what she’s saying.”
Don’t worry, Davina, you can have a lie-in tomorrow!
