According to The Mirror, the star liked a number of tweets about himself and Ruth.
One read: “When you listen to @EamonnHolmes & @RuthieeL and the everyday normal things they get up to, it makes you wonder why management at @thismorning have relegated them to holidays only?
“They deserve a regular spot, bring them back for a weekly slot please, it makes sense!”
This business can be so cruel
Eamonn also responded to a user who called the business “cruel”.
Journalist Kinsey Schofield tweeted: “I really enjoy you and your wife. This business can be so cruel. I will continue to support you and whatever you decide to do next. Congratulations on so many brilliant years executing the job wonderfully.”
Eamonn then responded: “Very kind of you to say Lady K. Appreciate it.”
