EastEnders fans gush over Bex and Louise’s friendship after heartbreaking scenes

Total friendship goals

Ah Bex Fowler and Louise Mitchell were just super cute tonight. In amongst all the Halloween drama -yep it’s still Tuesday in Walford – their friendship was a shining light.

A tearful Louise confessed to Bex that she didn’t actually want to be with Travis anymore, she just didn’t want to be on her own and was worried no one else would look at her because of her scars.

Bex reassured Louise that she would never be alone, because she has her. Awwwww.

Lou also admitted that she hadn’t even looked at them because she was too scared of them being absolutely hideous – breaking down and telling her bestie how ugly she felt.

Bex – everyone needs a Bex in their lives – looked at her friend’s scars from her dress going up in flames at the school prom earlier this year, and told her the truth.

She pointed out that they were bumpy, some were shiny and a bit red but they showed that Louise had been through something horrible – and had survived. She reassured her how strong she is.

Bex then led Lou over to a mirror and told her to look at the scars on her chest. A tearful Louise realised they weren’t as bad as they were in her head.

Absolute friendship goals right there.

And fans agreed. One viewer tweeted: “The friendship between Bex and Louise is amazing #Eastenders”

A second added: “Louise showing Bex her scars is making me cry #EastEnders”

Another simply wrote: “Bex and Louise” followed by heart emojis.

While a fourth said: “I <heart> Bex and Louise’s friendship.”

Louise found the courage to tell Travis that her heart wasn’t in their relationship anymore and the girls promised to put sisters before misters from then on.

Elsewhere in the Square, Abi finally confessed to Lauren that she is carrying Steven’s baby.

The bombshell sent Lauren, who had began to warm to her sister, storming out of Abi’s house without saying a word to her.

We’re not sure these  sisters have ever put each other before misters.

Also, Honey was hysterical after watching Janet getting stretchered into an ambulance.

The little girl had gone missing from Jack’s Halloween party and had been hit by Tina Carter, who was driving after being robbed at knifepoint.

Tina also had the horrible realisation that she was responsible for Janet’s accident after initially thinking she’d hit Dave the cat.

Don’t worry – Dave’s fine.
