The Carters marriage will come under pressure once more when Mick finds out what Linda’s been hiding from him, in explosive scenes on screen next week.
Linda’s been keeping her cervical cancer diagnosis and treatment secret from hubby Mick, though she has confided in Jack Branning.

Now, even though L’s been given the all-clear from the doctors, she’s still keeping schtum about her cancer. And while she and Mick are back on track after their romantic getaway, she’s made the decision not to reveal all.
But next week, while Linda’s enjoying things being back to how they used to be with Mick, she’s soon suffering pain. And when Woody spots her struggling she confesses she’s worried that the cancer has come back.
And Linda’s troubles are made worse when she discovers there’s a five-week wait to get an appointment at the hospital.

Woody urges Linda to tell Mick the truth but the landlady is reluctant to ruin their rekindled romance and doesn’t want to spill the beans.
But it’s not long before Mr Carter clocks that his missus is unwell and Linda’s forced to tell the truth as Mick swings into action to get her to hospital.
But when he realises that Woody’s known all along, the Carters fall out once more. And when Mick turns to Jack for advice, will he discover that his mate knew the truth too?
