So, Kat’s not dead – which is good. But the Slaters are NOT popular with the people of Albert Square.
After all, they’ve all stumped up cash for a send-off, and thrown themselves into helping Mo and Stacey say goodbye, only to come face to face with the person they were mourning. That’s got to be awks!
And it only gets worse for Kat and Stacey when they realise Mo’s well and truly back to her old dodgy habits.
It turns out, Mo’s in debt to a woman called Annie. And Annie isn’t the type of lady who’s going to let Mo off with a few quid.
In fact, she seems to be determined to get her money, whatever it takes.
Mo’s doing her best to raise the cash she needs, and Kat and Stacey are shocked when they think they’ve worked out exactly what their nan is doing to earn the wonga…
Meanwhile, the Slaters’ neighbours – their former friends – are making life a bit tough for poor Stacey and Kat because they’re all still furious about the whole fake death thing.
Wanting to put things right, Stace decides to ask everyone to come to the pub so she can fully explain what’s gone on and how it all happened.
But are the locals of Walford really about to forgive and forget so easily?
With things in chaos, and the Slater family falling apart, Jean decides she’s going to stick around for a while.

Stacey even manages to crack a smile at the idea of having her family back round her.
