EastEnders is bringing in a brand new character next week – but the newcomer’s identity is being kept tightly under wraps.
All the BBC soap has revealed is that the character is male and is called Bijan. That’s all we know!
He is set to turn up on the Square at the end of next week – and will be seen to make a mysterious phone call.
But what or who he is looking for in Walford remains to be seen.
We also will have to wait until next week to find out who the mysterious Bijan is calling when he arrives.

Fans are in for a treat as a new storyline surrounding the this arrival kicks off – but is he there to cause trouble, or perhaps make peace?
While we know that he does have a reason for his abrupt appearance in Walford, fans will have to wait and see exactly what he is there for.
Could he be looking for one of the residents who has recently arrived?
The Slaters have just returned to their old stomping ground. Could Bijan be part of Big Mo’s money schemes? Maybe he’s another person she owes cash to?
Mel and Hunter Owen haven’t been back in the Square for long – perhaps the mysterious male is looking for them?
Maybe Tiffany Butcher is the reason he’s arrived? She has been cagy about her time before she arrived in Walford – maybe Bijan has a connection to Bianca?
Or Bijan could be part of one of Walford’s families. The Taylors could have some extended family that we don’t know about.
Or perhaps the Ahmeds? They haven’t been in the Square for long and must know half of London with all the fostering they do.

Fans don’t have long to wait to find out more – Bijan can be seen arriving in EastEnders next Friday – April 20th at 8pm.
EastEnders airs Monday and Friday at 8pm and Tuesday and Thursday at 7.30pm on BBC One.
