Every so often Big Brother has one of those wishy washy series that people don’t really get into.
Back in the day series four was pretty blah and saw nice guy Cameron Stout left the house as winner.
Then a few years later, sweet Rachel Rice won in a series that NO ONE really can remember.
And it’s pretty fair to say that Big Brother 2017 is one of those series that will not be looked back on as a classic as, if the poor viewing figures are anything to go by, it’s hardly captured the public’s imagination.
Or its hosts either, by the looks of it.

During last night’s live final, Emma Willis caused uproar when she called one of the contestants by another name.
While some viewers might have thought it was because she was not as au fait with this year’s cast as she might have been, some fans reckoned she’d made a clanger and revealed by accident the name of the second evictee BEFORE it was time to tell the house.
After having chatted to Andrew Cruickshanks in his eviction interview, Emma returned to the crowd and referred to him as “Tom” by accident.
Immediately realising she had made a mistake she hastily said: “Tom – I’m getting all the names confused. Andrew everybody.”
Fans were fast to pick up on her blooper and took to Twitter to comment that it looked like she had given the result of the next eviction away.
Indeed Tom WAS the next one out.
“Anyone else feel like Emma Slipped up big time then?” one fan Tweeted. “Calling Andrew Tom then it’s Tom who gets evicted next?”
Another said after Tom was evicted: “Well that was obvious since Emma cocked up & said his name on the way out.”
A third viewer found the whole mix up hilarious and said: “Emma giving away Tom was next after that interview was priceless.”
A lot of viewers admitted that they were surprised that slick Emma had made such an error.
“Unlike #EmmaWillis to make such a slip” said one.
After Tom was evicted, Deborah Agboola was next out, leaving fan favourites Isabelle Warburton and Raph Korine as the final two housemates.
Although superman Raph was tipped to scoop the title, it was Isabelle who was voted winner.

Meanwhile, fourth placed Tom Barber told Emma that he had been forced to leave the Big Brother house during the series to have a brain scan.
Speaking about his close bond with housemate Kieran Lee, he said: “I love him to bits, he helped me through a lot.
“I got ill, I had to go out and have a brain scan and stuff, ear infection, tonsillitis, I was like, ‘I can’t go any longer,’ and he was like, ‘You’ve got a couple of days left so keep going,’ so massively, I love him.”
Viewers were shocked by the news, with one writing on Twitter: “We didn’t know tom was in hospital getting brain scans and everything, they hid that good on the edit” and another cheeky one commenting, “Just wondering if they found a brain when Tom had his scan.”
