Much as we love Emmerdale vicar Harriet, we’ve never been too thrilled about her romance with bad-boy Cain Dingle. As far as we’re concerned, Cain belongs with Moira.
So we were very excited to hear Emmerdale boss Iain McLeod confirm that there’s still hope for Coira – and they could even be reunited soon!
“There will also be hope of Cain and Moira reuniting,” Iain told Radio Times. “I’ve always felt like they’re the ones who are meant to be together.
“I think the fans want that, I want that and deep down I think Cain and Moira do too.”

Cain and Moira’s trouble relationship took a dramatic twist with the unexpected arrival of baby Isaac – who turned out to be Cain’s baby.
Moira’s been struggling with motherhood and crippling post-natal depression so much that she recently considered giving up little Isaac for adoption.
Unlikely dad Cain stepped in and offered to look after the tot until Moira’s strong enough to take over again.
But the new parents’ relationship remains in doubt.

Cain and Harriet are back on, despite Harriet’s conviction that Moira’s the one Cain really loves.
And Moira’s digging her heels in and refusing to consider getting back with her ex-hubby.
So currently things don’t look good for Coira.
But Iain says fans of the couple shouldn’t give up hope.
“There’s a lot of water under the bridge, but I want them to have their happy ending,” he said.
“I’m Team #Coira!”
So are we, Iain. So are we!
