Emmerdale fans are NOT happy with Brenda’s revenge plan against Bob and Laurel

Her actions could have disastrous consequences.

Bob and Laurel are at IT again. Unable to stay faithful to his wife, Brenda, Bob has once again fallen into the arms of his lover.

And Brenda has been left devastated once more.

But her plans for revenge have left Emmerdale fans shouting at their TV screens – DON’T DO IT!

In scenes that aired on Tuesday (3 April), viewers were very much on Brenda’s side when she discovered that her philandering husband had once again cheated on her with Laurel while she was away.

But Team Brenda’s sympathy soon turned to concern as her emotions drove her to exact a revenge which might well have disastrous consequences for her and her family.

When Laurel visited the cafe, Brenda (Lesley Dunlop) once again played the innocent over the affair, pretending to know nothing.

However, she saw an opportunity for revenge when Laurel left her wallet behind.

But fans pleaded with Brenda not to fall back into bad habits. After all, her previous light-fingered tendencies caused huge problems between her and Bob. Remember when she was caught stealing from her OWN cafe?

One TV watcher tweeted: “Sure you feel sorry for Brenda but what shes doing now is wrong to.”

Another was angry, typing: “Brenda’s not a woman scorned, she’s nosy, nasty, and now she’s a thief. No wonder Bob found comfort in Laurel’s arms. Bob was wrong to cheat, he should have just left Brenda but frankly, I don’t know how he put up with her for as long as he did.”

Ouch!

A more sympathetic viewer simply wrote: “Brenda, the using of the card can be traced! Don’t do it!”

If Team Brenda are proved right, the scorned woman could eventually be caught, charged with fraud – and even end up in jail.

Which would give Bob and Laurel even more opportunity to continue their illicit romance!

Will Brenda get caught? And does she even care anymore?

Emmerdale continues on Wednesday on ITV at 7pm.
