Emmerdale’s Graham Foster is the current object of obsession for fans of the ITV soap and barely a day goes by without a new theory about the man of mystery popping up.

But even we have to admit this latest one is an absolute corker.
After last night’s dramatic scene where Graham confronted Cain and Debbie Dingle in the back room of the pub, letting them know that he knows about Debbie’s role in the acid attack, fans were wondering just how the G-Man is always in the right place at the right time.
And it’s true, he very often pops up right at a crucial moment, with no forewarning.
There was the incident at Wishing Well Cottage when he leaped in and saved Noah and Samson Dingle, he was there right after Ross had acid thrown in his face knowing exactly what to do, and last night he managed to slip into the backroom of the Woolie with no one noticing.
In fact all this appearing everywhere, just when he’s needed has left viewers questioning his very existence.
Could it be true? Is Graham a GHOST??
“#Emmerdale Conclusive proof that Graham is a ghost. Nobody sees him, he shows up at appropriate times and hides in plain sigh,” said one fan.
“Graham just appears from nowhere,” observed another.
“Why does graham turn up everywhere?” asked a third.
And a fourth added: “Graham seems 2b everywhere in @emmerdale he just appears out of nowhere,I love it!!”
We’re definitely getting some Bruce Willis in the Sixth Sense vibes here.
Other theories about Graham are that he is a spy, a former military man and even the same man who killed Joseph Tate’s mum, Rachel (although actor Andrew Scarborough has rubbished that particular theory.)

One thing that we do know for sure though is that he’s one of the most intriguing characters soap has seen for a looooong time. Well played, Emmerdale.
