Emmerdale fans have come up with a new theory about resident Dales’ wrong’un Simon McManus – and it involves Charity Dingle.
Some viewers of the ITV soap are convinced that shady Si is actually the barmaid’s long-lost son, which would make him Debbie Dingle’s half brother.

It’s been rumoured for months that Charity would come face to face with the son she gave up for adoption after becoming pregnant from a sexual assault when she was a teenager.
Fans have taken to Twitter to speculate about the possibility.
“I think simon is charitys son,” one fan predicted, while another pointed out what a mess it would be if it turned out to be true.
A third listed the possibility as something she wouldn’t want to see on the soap.

Emmerdale bosses recently confirmed that a huge, dark secret from Charity’s past would be coming back to haunt her in upcoming episodes – and it will leave her a girlfriend Vanessa Woodfield reeling.
