The feelings between Bob Hope and Laurel Thomas continue to grow in Emmerdale next week and it isn’t long before someone else notices that something is going on between them.
Bob has been trying to focus on his relationship with Brenda Walker ever since she discovered he cheated on her.

She still doesn’t know he slept with Laurel, but how much longer can they keep their secret?
Brenda is still wondering who Bob cheated with, uncertain if she can put the incident behind them and move on.
Meanwhile, the feelings that have developed between Laurel and Bob don’t seem to be going anywhere.
Harriet Finch spots that Laurel is wrestling with a moral dilemma and she soon starts to become suspicious of Laurel’s relationship with Bob.
Harriet confronts Laurel about what’s going on, but will she confess?
And will Harriet blab to Brenda if she does?
To be fair, Harriet has plenty of other dramas going on next week.
She hears that her ex Cain Dingle is being accused of putting a brick through Bishop Barry’s car window.

Harriet is mortified and tells Cain it was her that did it, and chivalrous (or is it guilty) Cain offers to take the blame for her.
Harriet refuses his help and is determined to put things right.
