Emmerdale star Natalie J Robb has admitted she was shocked by her character Moira Dingle’s downward spiral after the birth of baby Isaac.
Next week viewers will see Moira track down drug dealer Simon – who sold her daughter Holly the drugs that killed her – and buy some sleeping tablets in a shocking twist to her already dark story.
Moira’s been struggling to bond with her newborn son, and she’s not getting much sleep.

In desperation she turns to Simon – who she’s not seen since Holly’s tragic death from an overdose.
“I was a bit surprised really,” Natalie told Digital Spy.
“She’s tempted. She hates every bit of being there and realises she has probably done something really stupid.

“She’s not thinking straight. She goes to meet Simon to try and get some sleeping tablets.”
Whether Moira takes the pills, remains to be seen.
But she could have an unlikely knight in shining armour waiting to swoop in and save her – ex-husband and Isaac’s dad, Cain Dingle.
Cain’s stepped up to help with the baby after seeing Moira struggling.
Now it seems he is going to turn up when she’s contemplating taking the drugs, too.
“Cain tries to stop her,” Natalie revealed.
