Emmerdale viewers predict big romance for new soap fave Graham Foster

They REALLY want him coupled up!

Emmerdale fans are calling for the ITV soap’s bosses to give popular newcomer Graham Foster a love interest.

Graham arrived in the village last year, primarily as Joe Tate’s driver/side-kick/general dogsbody, but over the past few weeks he’s developed as a character and has fast become a fan favourite.

Social media is buzzing with speculation about Graham’s past since scenes have shown he’s something of a martial arts master and knew exactly what to do when Ross Barton had acid thrown in his face.

Some viewers suspect he is a former SAS agent, while others have speculated his past is actually darker and that he once was a hitman!

It’s also been suggested he could be the same Graham who murdered Joe’s mum, Rachel Tate, although actor Andrew Scarborough has ruled this out.

But while we’re all anxiously waiting to find out more about the international man of mystery, fans have taken to matchmaking him with some of the lovely ladies (and gents) of the village.

The current favourite to be Mrs Graham is Chas Dingle – there’s just the small issue of her being in a relationship with Paddy Kirk.

“Think Graham @andrewscarboro would be a good match for Chas instead of Paddy,” one Cupid wrote on Twitter.

Another added: “Hey Emmerdale, can we see Chas get with Graham?”

“This is probably an unpopular opinion, but would like to see chas & graham happen maybe?” predicted a third.

Cain Dingle’s former flame, Harriet Finch, has also been a popular choice and she has the added bonus of being single.

“I’d like to see Graham and Harriet together,” said one fan.
