Fans were less than impressed with Cheryl’s interview on This Morning today, complaining that it wasn’t even worth watching.
Three weeks ago, This Morning presenter Rylan Clark-Neal revealed Cheryl would be doing her first and “only” TV interview following the birth of her son, Bear, on the show.
In the interview, which was finally screened today, Cheryl chose to speak about her top post-pregnancy beauty tips.

However, according to the social media verdict, it seems it was a source of disappointment for excited fans, with one viewer writing on Twitter: “This Morning hyped that Cheryl interview all week and it was just beauty tips lmao.”
Another Twitter user described the interview as “boring me to death”, and another said it was “pointless”, despite all the promotion.
In the highly-publicised exclusive interview with Cheryl, she explained that her beauty routine had become more low maintenance since she became a mother.
The star revealed she was now choosing “lullabies over lipsticks”.
“Since becoming a mam, my beauty regime has actually gone out of the window. It’s just been recently that I’ve had time to start applying it again and it’s been lovely actually.”
The star added: “When you are taking care of a baby 24/7 it’s just not practical” to always look perfectly made up.
She also provided her top tip for new mothers: “You don’t always get time to moisturise, when you’ve jumped in the shower quickly while they’re napping, or have a quick bath – so my thing would be, go in the bath and put bath oil in with you so you don’t have to worry about that and you’re moisturised when you come out.”
“I use coconut oil from head to toe. Literally, you can eat it, put it on your hair and you can put it on your face, your body. It’s brilliant stuff.”

Cheryl, who recently changed her surname back to her maiden name, ‘Tweedy’, after divorcing last husband Jean Fernandez-Versini, has stayed out of the public eye ever since the birth of son, Bear, with Liam Payne.
However, she recently returned to do a shoot with L’Oreal, prior to the This Morning interview. She posted a snap of herself at the photoshoot on her Instagram, with the caption: “Back at it.”
We just hope Cheryl’s fans can forgive the new mum’s underwhelming performance on This Morning!
