A photo has emerged showing EastEnders star Tamzin Outhwaite looking very different to her usual sophisticated self on the BBC1 soap…
We’re not sure what club owner Mel Owen would think of her alter-ego’s tight curls and heavy eye make-up in the photo – but we think she might dive for her hair straighteners!
Luckily actress Tamzin, 47, saw the funny side when former cast member Michael Greco – aka Beppe di Marco – shared a hilarious throwback photo of them both from 18 years ago!

In the snap, Tamzin’s spiralled tresses make her almost unrecognisable.
Alongside the photo, actor Michael wrote to his 20,500 followers: “@glamzin look what I’ve just found! You look absolutely gorgeous. And too right. We had just won Sexiest Male and Female at the 2000 British Soap Awards. Happy times.”

The photo gave Michael fans an opportunity to speculate about his return to the soap, with one fan commenting: “Beppe should come back to EastEnders.”
Another simply said: “Awesome picture.”
Last year, speculation was rife that Michael might return to Walford after he was spotted on-set of the hit BBC soap.
Tamzin shared a snap of herself, Dean Gaffney and Michael enjoying a drink together behind the scenes.
Back in the day, womaniser Beppe was one of EastEnders’ most popular characters.
