Gemma Collins’ boyfriend James “Arg” Argent has revealed she was “crying her eyes out” backstage after her horror Dancing On Ice fall.
Arg was in the studio audience as his fellow Towie star tripped and crashed face first to the rink on tonight’s show.
He said she was in pain, had ice packs on her knees and felt embarrassed.
Earlier, viewers saw Gemma take a tumble near the end of her routine.
She was helped back to her feet by professional partner Matt Evers and waved to the crowd.
But as she awaited the judges’ scores, a visibly upset Gemma fought back tears.

Asked by hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby how he felt when he saw his girlfriend fall, Arg said: “My heart completely sank.
“I’ve just been with her backstage. She’s crying her eyes out, she feels embarrassed.
“She is in pain, she’s got ice packs on her knees.

“I just said to her ‘you showed everyone how hard you really did work this week, and no matter what, you’ve got up and carried on’.
“I’ve just got to say quickly that if she’s in the bottom two tonight, if she goes home, I’m so proud of her. I love her so much.”
Fans were reduced to tears at Arg’s sentiments and took to Twitter to share their thoughts.
