Gemma Collins is officially the most divisive contestant to ever appear on Dancing On Ice.
And – shockingly – her co-stars don’t mind admitting it, with contestant Brian McFadden confessing she regularly gets kicked out of their group chat for being “rude”.
The singer opened up about the controversial TOWIE star during an appearance on Good Morning Britain, confirming the rest of the stars are in a WhatsApp group called Icicles.
He admitted: “She gets removed when she’s rude. She can be a diva to all the ITV people, but when she’s a diva to us she gets blocked.”
Brian, 38, confirmed the group includes contestants James Jordan, Wes Nelson, Ryan Sidebottom, Melody Thorton and – occasionally – Gemma.
He explained: “The group is called Icicles. The picture is us, four or five of us, me, James, Gemma, Wes, Ryan and Melody on the first night we all met.”
Viewers reacted online, with one commenting: “It looks like Gemma Collins’ behaviour is still rubbing her #DancingOnIce co-stars the wrong way.”
Another added: “Get her off! She’s making it all about her! Why they even signed that hopeless diva up I don’t know.”
A third tweeted: “Disrespectful to other contestants putting hours training in & to viewers. Rude, self-centred & arrogant, actions speak louder than words… embarrassment to the nation & disrespectful to ITV crew.” While a fourth said: “Seems like someone needs to check their ego. ‘Cause fame does go straight to the head sometimes. The fool.”

In the chat with presenters Susanna Reid and Piers Morgan, the former Westlife singer also called Gemma a “pain in the backside”.
He added: “She’s amazing, I love Gemma. The GC can be a pain in the backside, but Gemma herself is brilliant. I love Gemma.”
The 38-year-old reality star has dealt with a barrage of headlines and criticism since rehearsals began on this series of the skating talent show. She’s been accused of diva behaviour and publicly fell out with judge, Jason Gardiner.
And since Sunday’s show – where Gemma cried after another disappointing performance on the ice with her partner Matt Evers – viewers have been demanding she get the boot.
Some even accused producers of “fixing” the vote to let Gemma through to the next stage – with both presenter Phillip Schofield and skater Matt hitting back.
Brian also made a quip about his pal James Jordan – who wowed the judges on Sunday’s show – joking his skating skills are “quite average”.
He said: “I think he’s quite average, actually. I mean he looks great in a pair of tights.”

We love Brian’s honesty. We’re wondering how The GC will feel about his comments, though…
