Gino D’Acampo’s son the spitting image of Gordon Ramsay, Family Adventure viewers claim

Twitter can't get over the similarity

| Updated:

ITV viewers think Gino D’Acampo’s son is the spitting image of his friend Gordon Ramsay.

The This Morning chef’s brand new show began this week, and this time he was joined by his family.

Gino’s Family Adventure sees the star with his wife Jessica and three “British-born bambinos” – Luciano, Rocco and Mia – travelling around his native homeland.

The ITV personality took to Twitter on Monday to celebrate the show’s debut.

“I can’t wait for you guys to see all the fun and amazing food we had during filming,” he tweeted.

“And guess what, all the recipes are found in my new cookbook! Gino’s Italian Family Adventure is on tonight at 8pm on @itv #GinosItalianFamilyAdventure.”

However, his followers were quick to point out something else entirely.

Lots of fans rushed to respond, with many suggesting that Gino’s eldest son looks just like his pal, Gordon Ramsay.

“Loved the new show but why does Gino’s eldest son look more like @GordonRamsay than Gino himself?” wrote one follower.

What did Gino say about his new show?

Gino’s Family Adventure will feature seven episodes in total and air weekly on ITV.

The star revealed recently that the series has been on his radar for a couple of years – but it all depended on his family.

He said in an interview about the show: “I’d done some [camera] work with my daughter Mia and she was very good. I done something before with Luciano, too, so I knew he’d be alright. Rocco I was sure about it.

“The one I wasn’t sure about was Jessica, my wife because she doesn’t really like to get involved in it. But the lockdown sort of helped, because we were all very eager to do something different.

Gino added: “So that was the right timing. I said, ‘Let’s go to Italy, I’ll take each of you around Italy!'”
