We love tuning into Good Morning Britain over breakfast but how about having it on while we tuck into our tea, too?
That’s the idea proposed by GMB presenter Kate Garraway, who thinks the popular morning show could also be an evening hit.
She told The Mirror she’d welcome appearing in a later time slot as it would be banish her current extra early starts.
She said: “We could do Good Evening Britain, it could be like four until six in the evening.
“We would love it because the alarm clock would go off a lot later, so you would get a thumbs-up from us all on that.”
She added: “I think GMB is a great breakfast show – and it works as a breakfast show – but I do think the idea of a later version is brilliant.”
Kate might have some resistance though from The Chase fans – which currently airs from 5pm till 6pm on ITV on week days.

It would seem Piers Morgan might also be happier with an evening TV appearance as he’s spoken in the past about how the early starts are “killing him”.
He recently revealed he’d negotiated with bosses to arrive at the studio just half an hour before the show airs, to give him some extra shut eye.
It can’t be that bad though, as he recently agreed to sign a new two-year contract.
The 52-year-old former newspaper editor is currently taking an Easter break away from the show, with former This Morning host Richard Madeley standing in for him.
ITV found a winning formula for GMB when they teamed former BBC Breakfast host Susanna Reid with outspoken Piers.
They are joined in the studio by Charlotte Hawkins and Kate Garraway, with Ben Shephard co-hosting on Piers’ days off.
The revamped show replaced the previous series, Daybreak, which featured presenters including Adrian Chiles, Christine Bleakley and Kate.
